Prior to discovering Pilates, I spent 8 years delivering yoga and personal training sessions in body building gyms, community leisure centres and private health clubs across London and the SE.
Understanding severe low back pain rehabilitation personally (following pregnancy and childbirth), led me to pursue an Advanced Diploma in Mat Pilates, followed by GP Exercise Referral, Low Back Pain Exercise specialism and a further diploma in Biomechanics Coaching.
With an additional 8 years hands-on Pilates teaching experience and additional courses in GP referral, exercise for management of low back pain and biomechanics coaching, my focus is on guiding clients with tailored exercises to regain mobility and relieve pain, so you can live with ease and vitality.
